Contributions, Gifts, Fundings, Donations, and Grants
When we receive any of the above listed items, the organization
will notify the sender right away, and a record will be kept for things that we receive.
If there are
items to be sent to EEPMA, we recommend that the organization be informed a week prior to shipment in order to provide
storage space for these things to be kept, and a basic numbering system of all items to be listed
for our records.

Feedback
Sponsors and Donors often ask what our policy is. We
aim for complete satisfaction for our partners. We make our parties completely happy with their donations, and we also ask
them to comment about their experience with EEPMA. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make
it right.
Acceptable Items: Textbooks, transport equipment, Medical equipment, Computers, Pens, Pencils,
Notebooks, Rulers, Sharpeners, Erasers, Backpacks, Calculators, Paper, Markers, Crayons, Colored Pencils, Binders, Folders,
Student Planners, Educational Toys/Games (ex. Building Blocks, Board Games), etc.
